Cancellation Policy

All spa services require a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice and card on file; any cancellations or changes made outside of the 24 hour window will be charged to your credit card or pre-paid service(s) a rate of 100% of the value of the scheduled services. "No shows" will be billed for a full value of scheduled services. Showing up 15 minutes late or not at all is considered a NO-SHOW. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we reserve the appointment time for you so the therapist's and other potential client's time must be respected. Additionally, to hold your appointment a rate of up to 50% of the value of the scheduled services may be charged. This does not apply to purchased 3rd party services. This goes towards your service however is non refundable if appointment is not cancelled within 24hrs. NOTE -Out of Office appointments are subject to a $30 charge. -Because last minute schedule changes does arise, SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE with a MINIMUM of 3HRS from your appointment start time unless otherwise stated. -All appointments booked within 24hrs of appointment start time will be marked as "confirmed". A phone (office 425.283.5871) or text confirmation (206.479.2484) confirmation MUST be acquired by your scheduled Licensed Massage Therapist, Esthetician or Manager.
