This treatment is designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, and nourish the skin—perfect for treating breakouts, dryness, or clogged pores on the often-neglected back area. The session begins with a gentle steam and thorough cleansing to remove surface impurities. A customized exfoliant is then applied to slough off dead skin cells, followed by extractions to clear congested pores and reduce acne. A soothing mask is applied to calm inflammation and restore hydration, finishing with a nourishing moisturizer using effleurage massage strokes. Your skin will leave refreshed, balanced, and visibly clearer.

A revitalizing European Therapy using mineral-rich Moor Mud to heal, soothe and rejuvenate dull, dry skin and tired muscles. Warm mud is applied to the entire body adding micromassages from head to toe and then wrapped in a warm blanket. Note:
-All scheduled appointments indicates agreement and understanding of company policies including Booking and Cancellation Policies. You are acknowledging it is your choice to receive treatment and service(s) at Herban Therapies Spa and agree to be charged accordingly with either a card on file or other form of payment (ie alternative card payment, cash, etc.).
-Out of Office appointments are subject to a $30 charge.
-To hold your appointment a rate of up to 50% of the value of the scheduled services may be charged. This goes towards your service however is non refundable if appointment is not cancelled within 24hrs. (see below)
-Same day appointments:
Because last minute schedule changes does arise, SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE with a MINIMUM of 3HRS from your appointment start time and will be marked as "confirmed". A phone (office 425.283.5871) or text confirmation (206.479.2484) MUST be acquired by your scheduled Licensed Massage Therapist, Esthetician or Manager unless otherwise stated.
-All appointments booked within 24hours from appointment start time will be marked as "confirmed.”
Cancellation Policy
All spa services require a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice and card on file; any cancellations or changes made outside of the 24 hour window will be charged to your credit card or pre-paid service(s) a rate of 100% of the value of the scheduled services. "No shows" will be billed for a full value of scheduled services. Showing up 15 minutes late or not at all is considered a NO-SHOW. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we reserve the appointment time for you so the therapist's and other potential client's time must be respected.
Additionally, to hold your appointment a rate of up to 50% of the value of the scheduled services may be charged. This does not apply to purchased 3rd party services. This goes towards your service however is non refundable if appointment is not cancelled within 24hrs.
Spa Parties
Please review our Spa Party protocol and understand that all changes and rescheduling of your party's reservations must be made 72 hours in advance. Other charges may be applied if late and NO-SHOWs occur.
Pre-paid Packages
All internally booked spa packages, massage packages, and synergie packages are good for 18 months. After 18 months they will expire and be considered voided. Also we don't refund any unused prepaid services as well.
Massage and Facial Clubs
All club contracts must be signed and filled out in person. You can purchase a club contract as a gift, but you must pre-pay for the entire 6 or 12 month contract in advance.
