Services

Our day spa appreciates your promptness. Arriving late will shorten your spa experience. Please understand that your service must end on time as a courtesy to the next client. During all treatments every effort is made to respect your modesty. Careful draping for your relaxation and privacy is practiced at all times. Robes and slippers are also provided for your comfort. Because of the relaxing environment we promote, please beware we don’t have accommodations for young children. Therefore it’s not appropriate to bring children under the age of 12 unless they’re receiving services as a guest.

Cancellation Policy

All spa services require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Showing up over 15 minutes late or not at all is considered a NO-SHOW and you will be charged for the entire service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we reserve the appointment time for you so the therapist's time must be respected.

Spa Parties
Please review our Spa Party protocol and understand that all changes and rescheduling of your party's reservations must be made 72 hours in advance. Other charges may be applied if late and NO-SHOWs occur.

Pre-paid Packages
All spa packages, massage packages, and synergie packages are good for 18 months. After 18 months they will expire and be considered voided. Also we don't refund any unused prepaid services as well.

Massage and Facial Clubs
All club contracts must be signed and filled out in person. You can purchase a club contract as a gift, but you must pre-pay for the entire 6 or 12 month contract in advance.

Insurance Covered Massage
In order for us to bill your insurance for your massage, you must do the following so we can verify your benefits.
Fax or Email us a copy of your insurance card front and back, give us your DOB, address, and have a prescription if one is necessary. (Most insurance providers require you to have one in advance.) If we don't get your insurance before the massage we cannot bill your insurance.
