Cancellation Policy
We prepare our treatment products fresh daily for each client. For this reason, we require 24 hours 
advance notice when canceling, changing, or rescheduling an appointment. Any cancellations or 
changes without adequate notice will be charged to your credit card at a rate of 50% the value of 
the scheduled services. “No shows” will be billed for the full value of scheduled services.
NOTE: Services booked on Saturday and Sunday, Spa packages or multiple guests require
 48-hour advance notice of cancellations or change.
